In the current world, where wireless communications are skyrocketing and the demands for bandwidth and services keeps increasing, companies like Ericsson face one of the main problems. What infrastructure innovations are necessary to keep on with this evolution of the wireless world. We are in the world of Connecting People – as Nokia would say – but soon we’ll move into the world of connecting things – with a potential number of wirelessly connected devices of up to 50 billion -.

Researching for yesterday’s post, I found a presentation by Appit Joshipura – VP of Strategy and Communications at Ericsson Silicon Valley – from the GSA Emerging Opportunities Expo and Conference recently held in Santa Clara. It shows very interesting current strategies and ideas in terms of wireless infrastructure innovations.
